We need a generous amount of hair from you to be tested (enough hair to fill a serving spoon)
Just cut an envelop in half and put the hair sample inside one half and then fold the open end over and tape it shut.
Write your name on the outside of the small envelop identifying the person of that hair.

Once received, your hair sample will be placed in the queue to run in the lab (generally about 2 weeks)
